John and Elizabeth RanheimJohn Ranheim
John is a native of Seattle, currently living in St. Louis, MO where he works as the Director of Development for Covenant Theological Seminary. John has a BA in Speech from Whitworth College and a Masters of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary. John has worked in both high school and college ministries and is passionate about assessing and equipping the next generation of leaders for the Church. He is married to a beautiful southerner, Elizabeth, with whom he loves to run, ski, watch Auburn football, and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible. They live in St. Louis with their son Jacob.

Justin Clement and FamilyJustin Clement
Justin is the RUF Campus Minister serving college students at Trinity University in the greater San Antonio area. Prior to serving with RUF, Justin served as an Assistant Pastor at Redeemer Presbyterian Church (PCA) for two years. Before moving to Texas, Justin and his wife, Elizabeth attended Covenant Theological Seminary, where Justin earned his Master of Divinity (‘03). Justin is a graduate of Samford University (’99) in Birmingham, Alabama and Elizabeth graduated from Meredith College (’98) in Raleigh, North Carolina. Elizabeth and Justin have two beautiful children, John Huss (he goes by both names), who was born June 9, 2004 and Gardner, who was born September 13, 2006. The Clements enjoy the finer things in life like college football and basketball. When Justin is not hanging out with students, he might be found in the movie theater or jogging around Brackenridge Park. He is also a self proclaimed expert in 1980’s music and movie trivia.

Tom and Kristin FranklinTom Franklin
Rev. Tom Franklin is the RUF (Reformed University Fellowship) Campus Minister at Birmingham Southern College. As a graduate of BSC, Tom was a member of the baseball team, and was inducted into the BSC Hall of Fame in 2004. He is married to Kristin who graduated from the University of Alabama and works for the American Cancer Society. Tom graduated from BSC in 1999 and Covenant Theological Seminary (M.Div.) in 2005. Tom and Kristin enjoy: the beach, Alabama football, Texas Longhorn football, BSC baseball, cooking, golf, UNO, and American Idol. Tom is also a long time fan of the "Backstreet Boys" and once considered joining them as a backup dancer.

Patrick TebannoPatrick Tebanno
Patrick grew up outside of Cleveland, Ohio where he lived for 18 years before attending Grove City College where he met his beautiful wife, Nicole. After college he worked as a youth intern in Ohio before leaving for St. Louis to attended Covenant Theological Seminary. In May of 2007, tired of the gray skies, terrible storms, and cold weather characteristic of the mid-west he moved to sunny Las Cruces, NM where he no longer has to use tanning beds to achieve his perfect summer look. Patrick serves as the Assistant Pastor at University Presbyterian Church where he holds the esteemed position of being "the pastor who left his microphone on in the bathroom."

David and Tish PoteetDavid Poteet
David hails from Blacksburg, Virginia, where he lives with his wife Tish, daughter Rachel and son Joshua. David is an elder at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church and a long-time youth ministry volunteer. He's been a part of PYA, now YXL, since 1984! David earned his B.A. in Graphic Design from Virginia Tech, and he went on to found his own web development company called New City Media. David enjoys biking, hiking, reading and exploring new corners of the world with his wife.

Barry NollBarry Noll
Barry is the Associate Pastor of Family & Youth at Christ Presbyterian Church, Tulsa for the past 7 years. He and his wife Melanie of 13 years are originally from the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia PA. They have three children namely; Sammie, 8 years old, Jonathan, 5, Lilly 2, and a daughter due on July 2. Barry is passionate about ministering and equipping leaders to do the work of ministry in the local church and has been involved with PYA/YXL for the past 7 years. He enjoys walks on the beach, poetry, purple popsicles, and formerly worked for Barnum and Bailey Circus as their bearded woman.

Danny MitchellDanny Mitchell
With 17 years of experience in youth ministry, Danny has had the opportunity to [first hand] see teenagers wrestle with and come grips with their own relationship with Jesus. Though currently living in Atlanta, Danny has worked at both New City Chattanooga and New City St. Louis. He has also served as the camp director at Camp Westminster in Conyers, Ga., youth director at Carriage Lane Pres. in Peachtree City, Ga., and as a youth intern at Lookout Mountain Presbyterian. Danny is a graduate of Covenant College and Covenant Theological Seminary and is impassioned to work and develop young leaders, youth pastors, volunteers and students in their daily walk and growth as followers of Christ. Danny is married to Mary Pat and is father to two great kids. In his spare time, he loves to read good books, take long walks on the beach, and engage in the the age-old art of fashioning Chilean balloon animals.
